Tulum retreat
Muay Thai Beginner
During this class, Coaches & students work to establish a solid foundation of Muay Thai. We target skills such as: a) Proper stance and footwork; b) Basic striking and beginner offense-defense drills. We will also learn how to hold pads for partner work.
Muay Thai ALL Levels
No matter a student’s level, there is always something to learn from any partner. Beginners can learn from a professional’s experience and helping to teach or returning to basics helps professionals refocus.
Muay Thai Intermediate
Students in this class are more established in their practice and occasionally include professional fighters. This class builds up on the basic skills and seeks to hone the eight Muay Thai skills: kicks, punches, knees, elbows, and clinch work. Consistent with advancement and fight preparation, this class also includes conditioning.
Clinch
Open to all levels for learning body control, hand & arm placement, and base for throwing knees, elbows, and foot sweep. Most certainly like all other classes, this is controlled drilling whether you’re a practitioner or competitor. Clinching is an essential tool to have for learning the art of Muay Thai.
Sparring
This class is by Invitation only. Students apply the skills they have learned in other classes and practice within a real-time setting. There are rules posted and all students must comply once they are invited to join the class.
Bag Class
Our seasoned coaches will lead you through a high intensity workout that will challenge your cardio. This is ALL levels.
