New to Muay Thai?
START WITH FUNDAMENTALS
The Fundamentals class is where every journey begins at OCMT. You'll learn proper stance, footwork, basic strikes, and defensive fundamentals in a welcoming environment. No experience necessary — just show up.
Classes run 60 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday with multiple time slots to fit your schedule.
