End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: January 1st, 2023
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Branded Athletics, LLC.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Orlando City Muay Thai mobile application.
2. Restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Share your account credentials
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
3. Ownership
The app and all related content remain the property of Branded Athletics, LLC. You are granted a license—not ownership.
4. User Accounts
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
5. Membership & Payments
All purchases made through the app are subject to Stripe payment processing and membership terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
6. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.
7. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Injuries related to gym activities
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Florida law.
